Product Returns & Exchanges

The returns policy of Vibrations.gr is as follows:

You can change/return a product, strictly within 14 days from the date of purchase (or the date it was received, if you reside outside of Athens) with the necessary condition that the packaging has not been opened/unsealed, so that the change/return can be made.  Also, the return must be accompanied by the receipt or the accompanying purchase documents if the purchase has been made through our online store.

Attention: Before any return/exchange, please contact us via email, phone or at our company's store at  Iera Odos 21, Zip Code.: 11854. Athens-Gazi. You can also use the special returns section of our online store and fill it out, obtaining a Product Return Authorization Number (PRA).

Finally, it is worth noting that the return/exchange costs are free of charge, provided that the above conditions are met!

In Summary:

- Return of products is only possible within 14 days of receipt

- The only condition is that they must not have been used and the packaging must not have been opened or tampered with*.

- They must be accompanied by their proof of purchase or the accompanying purchase documents if they have been acquired through our online store.

We would also like to explicitly note the following:

- As a company we do not provide any warranty for the products beyond the warranty that accompanies them from the manufacturer.

- In case a customer wants to make use of the warranty of a product provided by the manufacturer, he/she is responsible for contacting the manufacturer and the cost of shipping the defective product to him/her.

- We do not provide product service and we do not provide spare parts beyond those supplied by some of the manufacturers.

* Each manufacturer has its own packaging system for its products. By "tampered packaging" we mean any action that has irreversibly altered the original condition of the packaging and product. The same applies to products bearing a special security tape, and this must in no case be tampered with.  In general, a necessary condition for the valid exercise of the right of withdrawal is that the product must be in its original condition, unused, the packaging must be the original & perfect condition, not damaged or incomplete or with obvious signs of wear and tear, and all accessories, any gifts, accompanying products and materials must be included.

Order cancellations

The cancellation policy of Vibrations.gr is as follows:

• If the customer cancels an order when it has already been received at the site, then he/she is CHARGED the shipping and return costs, unless he/she returns it to our store.
• In the case of an order that has not yet been shipped, he can contact us directly, before it is delivered to the courier.

• In any case, please contact us by email or phone before any order cancellation.
